Doc U provides recently graduated Canadian film school students and those in their final year of study an introduction to the behind-the-scenes workings of a large festival and market. Doc U participants will benefit from intimate meetings with leading doc professionals and filmmakers, receive industry pass accreditation, and attend screenings and social events. Participation in Doc U is by invitation only, determined through extensive consultation with educators at a number of regional film schools.
