TVO is Ontario’s public educational broadcaster and media organization that commissions POV social-issue documentaries for its Canadian POV strand. Other strands include International POV Documentaries and Arts Documentaries, which are largely acquisitions-based, with some pre-buys. TVO also develops and commissions interactive media with a social issue mandate. This micro-meeting will outline the priorities of our main documentary strands, the commissioning process, and provide an overview of our new media strategy.
