Mi’kmaw teenager Link and his younger half-brother Travis live with their abusive father in a rural East Coast trailer park. When Link discovers that his Mi’kmaw mother may still be alive, the two siblings embark on a quest for a better life. Along the way they meet Pasmay, an openly two-spirit Mi’kmaw teen, who feels a connection with Link and joins them on their journey across Mi’kma’ki. Beautifully filmed landscapes provide a stunning backdrop for this coming-of-age road trip film about finding community, identity and love.

In English and Mi'kmaq with English subtitles.
